any idea how to make hot ice cream?

i have had deepfried Ice cream, it's good, just the coating on it is hot, the inside icecream tastes the same as it always does.

My mum did this baked ice cream dish. I can't really remember it because it was about 19 years ago but it involved hot ice cream.

Hot ice cream would logically be a warm, thicker version of milk.
