Not sure of your dates but Christmas will have some good deals but not New Years. That is the big party night NYE. I have seen some good prices around Xmas. You can get a room for $45 a nite and then use the rest for breakfast. I don't know of any that offers what you are looking for. Go to www.sidestep.com and check for hotel prices.

A great travel site for Las Vegas hotels is "18K Travel"

http://www.ytbtravel.com/18ktravel

on the "hotels" page, click on "hot rate hotels" There is a 110% hotel guarantee for listed hotels.

There are plenty of hotels within your price range.

A fun hotel and at a family friendly price is Hard Rock Hotel And Casino ($73) per night, and it is a 4 star hotel. It is normally $90 in the summer time. Kids 12 and under stay free.

It is very close to the following:

MGM Theme Park - 1 block
Las Vegas Strip - 1 block
Forum Shops - 1.0 mile
Las Vegas Convention Center - 2.0 miles
Guggenheim Hermitage Museum - 2.0 miles
Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum - 2.0 miles
Fashion Show Mall - 2.5 miles

Have fun and happy holidays.

The only hotel in Vegas that includes breakfast at your price is the Hampton Inn - there's one off of Tropicana Blvd. It's clean. Quiet. No casino - just a few slot machines in a room and video poker in the bar area. Decent pool in the summer.
