Your or my knowing that I have been naughty does not prevent Santa from bringing me the present. He does not understand what is known as naughty for you and me.
If he understands all these things, he will refrain from bringing any presents at all.

I've been super, really and truly and totally bad this year but, if I dont get lots of toys then, the little fat red man is gonna get the h**l beat outta him and I'll have reindeer steaks for the next year.....

It's all up to him.If he decides not to get me anything than that's okay.I can always wait and buy my own.Besides he is a busy man and I wouldn't want him to get caught behind schedule just because of me.
