In what way?

What 60s & 70s mentality?

If there's something you want to know, you need to ask in such a way that we can understand what it is you're asking about.

Examples are good.

Sadly, yes. Gone are the days of "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country!" Seems today' liberals have stepped back to the Johnson and Roosevelt eras. They aren't about to lift a finger when they can get the government to give it to them. Anyone remember all of the welfare fraud cases that came about because of that mentality during the Carter administration? Johnson was all about writing checks he had no idea how to cover and the same holds true with the entitlement crowd.
