I'm sure they know how to handle rebuilding the OIL infrastructure without us. Will we be repaid for our treasure we expended?

Yeah.. gee... can you imagine them wanting us to leave?
i don't blame them at all.. I'm sure that our
cure" for all their ills has been almost as bad as the disease. We have managed to kill thousands and thousands of them.. of course they want us out.. they did not ask us there in the first place.

First of all stop being so idiotic and calling other peoples countries rat holes. Iraq was beautiful before the war..you have never been there before the war so keep your ignorant comments to your self. Secondly ofcourse they are going to say that, they dont want to be occupied. The only reason they want to stay is because of the oil......not because they give a ****. Well Im talking about the government, not the soldiers (even the soldiers want to go back home) but the government has a hidden agenda in Iraq. You need to get educated.

Yeah doesn't really matter too much that they say no right now. We'll get a base there. Its the culture. But they can't kick us out. We leave right now and they know they are not much more than cannon fodder for at least 2-3 countries and at least 2 terrorist organization. The fact is that Iran, Syriah and Turkey will come gliding into Iraq and begin eating up territory while Hezbollah and Al Qaeda work to establish their own country or states. Not even to mention that the Palestinians will set up some camps in there as well. They just don't have a prayer if we walk away right now and they are very well aware of it. We'll be there forever and they will pay us in oil to stay safe.

They can say it but we all know that is exactly what Bush and the rest are going to do. We invaded we occupied. Their rat hole is strategic to the Middle East. This is not saying I ever agreed with this. I am just saying this is what it is.

We don't need permanent bases there. Everything in the middle east is reachable (if needed) by the use of our bases in nearby country's. Remember it is their country, we are there just ot provid ethem with the opporunity for democracy, what they do with it is up to Them!
