If your spouse promises to keep it a secret, is it alright to tell just your spouse or should you not tell anybody?

it depends are you just telling your spouse cause you can't wait to open your big mouth and blurt the secret out to someone? Or did your spouse specifically ask about said secret and you don't believe in having any secrets from your spouse.

Depends on the secret, first tell the person if this secret will effect your spouse you will have to tell him/her. if not then keep it to yourself*

If you make a promise.It should be kept .A secret
should only be told if it is a matter of life and death.And can prevent something awful to come to past.

I think its ok.....I would tell them I mean you're not supposed to keep anything from your spouse.

most of the time.-if i talk sh*t about his family hed tell them ''but not from me'' just so they know. anything else i tell him only cause he hates when ppl tell secrets,he dont talk about ppl n i do-we fit that way. -------but no matter what, the secret -will- come back n cause drama!!

i tell hubby everything... no matter who it is about or what it is about... we have no secrets between eachother. Everyone knows that if they tell me something in confidence they are basically telling my husband as well unless of course it is something for him...
....maybe that's why no one will tell me what they've got him for Christmas.
