Get the filter that works for whatever case fans you have.

You can't really eliminate the dust, the best you can do is clean the PC on a regular basis to keep the dust from building to a level that it can cause problems. Once a month (or more often depending on how dusty your house is) open the case, and blow the dust out.

Make sure you also blow the dust out of the floppy (if you have one) as well as the CD/DVD ROM.

You could get some good filters that look like a big piece of sponge or something, or if money is no object, you could go to liquid cooling for your case =)
However, dust will still find its way inside, but not as much... also with liquid cooling you dont have the noise of fans running =P
But if u do go with liquid, you can expect to pay about $200+ for all the parts you would need

Seriously,
The best thing you can do is to make your own "filter" system.
Go to Lowes or Home Depot and buy a couple of quality filters and wrap your PC with it. Get the ones that are washable; it's usually blue in color. Perhaps you could make a frame for it thus allowing you to remove and clean the filter. Be creative.

u cannot escape from dust. its always there... and the hard part is ur pc is just a dust magnet with the fans and the crevices. just gotta do some cleaning inside every couple months or so.
