I am a husband and a father, of coarse I loose track of time. Especially this time of year. That is why I use a dual-alarm alarm clock and have another alarm upon my wrist watch. I also use a day-planner with an alarm reminder. I know I sound pathetic but I cannot escape the amount of responsibilities I have this time of year.
