Do you think this is weird?

I don't have many friends. See, I am just a kid. But I find myself liking to talk to adults more. I just like talking to older people better. I like talking to my older brothers friend, (hes 21).. they are so much more mature than ppl at my suck. They are all interested in sex and bjs.. so immature.

My sister is 10 years old and she's the same way. It's not weird because I was the same way and still am. I'm 25 but find myself associating with more mature adults rather than kids around my age. Even though the matures think I'm just a young kid and that I have yet to live life, etc etc (I know you got that talk before), it's just more of a learning experience from them and more reliable most of the time. But the sex and bj's can get rather stupid after awhile. I remember the times I used to laugh at the name "Hardee's" restuarants when I was a young teen. Now, it's not that appealing anymore.

There are older people who are also mainly interested in sex and bjs. Some of them like to do it with kids and so love to talk with them. There are probably other mature people your age and you are missing the opportunity to interact with them and help each other. Adults may be willing to talk to you, but you will find that when push comes to shove, to them you are "just a kid" and don't understand their world and responsibilities. Be careful.

Not weird at all. You're more mature than those your age and obviously you have been around adults most of your life. I think it's wondeful! You will go much further in life the way you are!

Just don't miss out on beind a kid! Enjoy school functions and stuff like that. You could even be a mentor or tutor for kids.

I always talked to people older then myself when i was younger. Just shows that you're mature. I still prefer talking to people older then myself. I'm only 23 but even people this age are still immature sometimes.

I don't know how old you are, but if you think 21 is mature...you must be really young. 21 year olds think about sex a LOT but they arent going to tell that to a little girl. A 21 year old guy that has interest in talking to a much younger girl is not interested in her intelligence.

No its not weird-My Best Friend is 16 years loder than me but to talk to us without seeing us you would have no idea in the age difference-We both have the same interests & find the same stuff funny-Its Cool!

There's nothing wrong with wanting to talk to older people than yourself. I would still try to make some friends that are around your age though even if they're not REALLY good friends; it's nice to have someone to sit with at lunch or have someone you know to do a school project with.

I'm the same way. People my age irritate me... a lot. I much prefer to talk to people who are a good bit older than I am, and, thus, I have very few friends, but the ones I do have are great.

In my opinion, being different is something to be proud of.

Well it is refreshing that a younger person is so mature and knows that sex and bj's aren't number 1 at this point. But no I don't think it makes you wierd, it makes you moremature and intelligent than your peers.
