12 months sciatica in left leg, 7 days ago right leg effected with minor pain, 3 days ago weakness began, became progressively worse. Now, cannot lift body using right calf. No numbness or tingling, no weakness in left leg experienced. Worried about how weak muscle can become, whether permanent, and can weakness reverse? Any info greatly appreciated.
