I'm a guy. I'd say first would be the lacey bra and pany. Because that's totally emasculating and humiliation. The diaper and bonnet next, because that's gross. Finally, the ballerina outfit, because I could see doing that for a costume party or something and I don't think it's that weird.

I think the ballerina outfit would be the worst as it is the most visible and covers the entire body.
The bra and panty you could cover up, the diaper you could cover, the bonnet would be tough, but an entire ballerina outfit....impossible....lol

First of all, they have to have a reason why they must wear one such costume.
If you convince them that they will
1.Raise money for cancer in the hundreds/ thousands of dollars range or something to that effect, you might get them to wear one.
Even all of them combined.
