I haven't conducted science experiments in many years, so I am glad to say there are no Thanksgiving leftovers in our freezer.

Are you kidding? Them is LONG GONE baby!!! I don't let ANYTHING go to waste, NOR do I let it go to "waist", like MINE! I stay in GOOD physical condition DESPITE the "holiday feasting". NO GLUTTONY, just enjoying what God's given me, THANKFUL for His many blessings! Like the "leftovers" from Thanksgiving! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

I froze some of the turkey. I use it to make homemade "chicken" and noodles. Just don't tell my daughter it isn't really chicken.
