They should pick up after their own dog.
I saw something I found was a good idead.....Along Seneca Lake in NY there's a walking/bike riding path that has little "stations" where they provide little plastic dog poop picking up bags....so there's no excuse to not pick it up.
Lucky me....I have 100 acres of land and a 15 pound dog who's poop isn't any bigger than a cats.

Absolutely! It's rude to let your dog poop in other peoples' yards and not pick it up. In many places, it's part of the city code. Whether or not it is, I think people should always be good neighbors. Would you want someone leaving their dog poop in your yard? If you don't pick up yours then how can you expect others to pick up theirs?

Definately! Would you want a dog to crap in your yard and the person to just leave it there for you or your kids to step in? there is nothing worse than stepping in dog crap!

Sure People in my neighborhood clean up after their dog.
Exactly why we dont walk ours. :) She has a backyard, and she knows how to use it!

They should.It doesn't take much time to clean up a mess and just plain curtesy.No one wants a mess in the yard.

Yes, it is the rule in our sub-division. Dog walkers carry plastic bags to scoop it up!

its a pretty big fine if ur caught not doing it 2,i allways pick up after our dog i hate it when you see it lying on the floor everywhere.
