The similarities are vastly greater than the differences. Skin, heart, blood, muscles, eyes, nose, teeth, legs, etc., and on and on. Both have similar digestive systems.
The differences are minute in comparison. Pigs can walk on all four, have tails, regularly have 12 babies at a time.

There are a great many similarities of the anatomy of the pig and human. Both are placental mammal, which means the fetus receives nourishment from the mother through the umbilical cord. Pigs and human have similar skin for they both do not have fur or feathers. Both species are also omnivores. These two things lead to the digestive track and layers under the skin to be similar. Both have complex systems that allow nutrients and dissolved gases to enter and leave individual cells through out the body. The organs of both pigs and human are all very similar. Both have a heart and the blood flows in the same manner. The liver and spleen are also very similar to that of a human. The small and large intestine have the same function in both pigs and humans. Thought pigs and humans are similar there are still many differences. The pig’s kidneys function differently to human kidneys, producing different proteins and hormones in different quantities. Also we as humans have an appendix where pigs do not. The bone structure between the two is also very different.
