Hydrosphere consists of oceans,inland seas,glaciers,ice caps,fresh water lakes,rivers and underground water.
Hydrosphere pollutions:- Ship pollution,oil spill,ocean acidification,marine pollution,thermal pollution,waste water,water stagnation,water borne diseases,surface run of etc.

Hi there,
Hydro is greek for water so whatever has water on the planet is part of the hydrosphere.

Pollutants
Well sea, would be chemicals from factories, dumping offf boats oil spillages etc.
Air is obviously industrial and grrnhouse gases.
