Call your landlord and ask them when you can expect to move in.

I would call her and I would start to make some notes of the dates, times, and a summary of your discussions. You are entitled to a daily adjustment of your rent payments for every day you do not have occupancy. You might also be entitled to reimbursement of any expense you incur for temporary housing, beyond what you would have paid for the apartment. Finally, if this situation continues, you could inform the landlord that you are terminating the rental agreement because he has failed to meet his part of the bargain. He has in breach of contract by not delivering the premises to you. Now, hold on, the best course is to work out things in a friendly and fair way. Don't rent a suite at the Ritz and think he's going to pay for it, but definitely keep your rights in mind if it gets ugly, and documenting your efforts to get the apartment and your financial losses.

Call her as soon as possible. You deserve an explanation and she should have called you.You don't mention if you've signed a lease or gave her money such as rent (pro-rated? Security Deposit?). Good luck in your move.
