This is the graph of a straight line.
To draw a straight line, two points are required.
(7,0) and (0,- 4) would be two such points.
Draw the line thro` these points.

First bring the -4x to the right side. 7y = -28 + 4x
Second, divide the equation by 7. y = 4/7x - 4.
This means the slope is 4/7. There is a point on the graph at (0, -4). The next point is (7,0) and there's another point at (-7, -8).

-4x + 7y = -28
=>x/7 + y/(-4) = 1
it is the equation of strainght line in interscept form
it will be a straight line intersecting x axis at x=7...and intersect y axis at y= - 4..join the two line and u will get the required graph

-4x+7y=-28
7y=-28+4x
y=(-28+4x)/7
Then you should draw the table for this 'y=(-28+4x)/7'
