I want to find out if I'm to big. I'm 5 foot 8 in tall and I weigh 150 lbs even I know weird huh? I think that's to much, but idk. So what are yalls weights and heights?

Iam 5 ft 1 on my tiptoes. and I weigh 104 lbs according to the scales. Im a little thing but carry a big stick! LOL I think society- tv and magazines makes it really hard on women especially- make us feel like we have to look and weigh a certain amount or we dont fit in- and I think that is so wrong! It makes it tough on young girls especially! Love yourself for being YOU!!!!!!

74 INCHES, 190LBS. Heres the formula we use in ICU to determine idel body weight in a female: 105lbs for the first five feet, then 5 lbs per inch +/- 10% for body build. so 68 inches == 105+40= 145 or a range of 131-159...

are you athletic?
because muscle weighs way more than fat.
if you work out and play sports, you're fine.
you sound fine at your height.
but im 5'1 and 104.
