Recently I was running a raid with my guild. A member (was a friend) freaked out because someone kept popping her traps. Members of the raid were trying to solve the problem but before the problem was solved, she flipped out, logged off, and punched the door so hard she broke her hand. Then husband came on to "figure out what happened". Which in turned turn into him explaining that her mother died many years ago and she had to sleep in the same bed as her while she was dying. Then she came back on to piss and moan about breaking her hand because of us. And now she has to choose WOW & food over medical bills. Then she whispers people stating that she tried committing suicide over it.

What is wrong with people? It's just a game! I also invite people to tell about their own drama in a virtual land!

It's never a situation to blame on the game, regardless of it spawning from the game itself (supposedly).

I had a friend (a real life friend, not someone I met in game) who accused me of only grouping with him so I could get him to help me complete quests. Turns out he's miserable with his real life and turns to WoW for comfort, helping people to boost his self-esteem, and they neglect to thank him. Thus he took it out on me.
