Peak activity will be December 14 at 17:00 local time in Malaysia. But you might want to look later because the radiant will not be high in your sky until much later. So the best time will be a balance between the declining number of meteors hitting Earth after 17:00 and the increasing number of those that make it to YOUR part of the Earth later in the night.
