So many questions are of gloom and despair. I just thought that I would spark the reason for thankfulness with us wives that have that special one in our life that just makes life all the worth of living. I work part time, but on my days off I really enjoy doing my domestice duties and waiting for my lover and kids to get home.....Life couldn't be any better!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's funny that one of u mentioned going back in time, it crosses my mind while I listen to Frank Sinatra remembering a time more pleasant and calm.... I'm only 42, but I still love the good old days....

I work full time and I enjoy household duties too!
Funny, if my kitchen and bathrooms aren't spotless, I am not myself! Hahahaa!
Personally, I wish we could go back in time and have more of us ladies at home- I would be a DOMESTIC GODDESS!!!!!

You really don't want my honest answer- maybe if my husband were more the man he was suppose to be- things would be better-I work fulltime & am expected to wait on him hand & foot!! Personally I am sick of bringing home the bacon, cooking it & cleaning up afterwards. It makes me ask why exactly am I married...?? He spends more time in front of the TV than with the family... so no- not everyone has the perfect happy little marriage. The Bible states it is the MAN'S responsibility to support the family---that is tooooo funny.

I am very happy with my husband & our life. We've been through a lot of turmoil in the beginning of our relationship, If you can get past your problems like we did, you've got a great relationship. I look forward to my husband coming home from work every evening. I still surprise him every once in awhile with a nice candle lit dinner & that slipping into something a bit more comfortable (lol)... especially when they have had a rough day at work.

absolutely my husband and i have been married for ten years and we are closer now than ever before and get closer everyday he is a ups driver and his coworkers are always telling me god what did you do to your husband he never stops talking about you he loves you so much and tells them all the time that i am is rock and he couldn't live without me and i tell them i feel the same way he is my rock we talk about everything and i do mean everything right down to the color of poop he has lolol you think i'm kidding i am not kidding it is funny but that is just how open and honest we are with each other

There are a lot of guys like me that chose the wrong women to marry out there so you may get some disappointing answers from the guys. I know there are good women out there I just have not met one who was not already taken. I wish I could find a woman like you claim to be who is not married or in a relationship!

I enjoy being married. I dont really enjoy the domestic responsiblilites that come with it. I make my husband help some. But the married part, the companionship, laughter, sex, thats all great. No kids yet.

I am blessed with a husband who makes up for my weaknesses. As it turns out, my strengths are his weaknesses. We are so strong together.
I realized recently that having sex with the person you are married to can be more exciting than a porn director could ever envision. Trust is so sexy. And respect for each other is a gift.

I love my life, and my husband, he has givin me the world, I thank god for him everyday. as I too think that there is to much despair with marriages thses days... dont marry all for the wrong reasons and their heart isnt in it.
