ill tell you my story, from the first day i saw him i knew that there was something about him that i liked... have no idea what it was about him that i liked so much but its like when we looked at each other i knew that i really liked him and he really like me... it was in denial lmao i kno.. that he liked me .. becaues he didnt even know anything about me... like he was just liking me cause of my looks... (i assumed, but then again we did know eachother.. ) ... but ya i convinced myself that he didnt like me ... even though it was blankly obvious.. now that i think about it.. i started to like him ALOT too like too the point where i would be constantley thinking about him... and we had our chances.. to say something to eachother but.. we both didnt..... and i guess what keeps me holding on is because of that fact.. because he basically would do anything just for me to like him.. (lol it was kinda sad.. but yet true).. and i keep thinking... everytime i date a guy that i bet you he....

i bet you he wouldnt do what my crush did for like a long time.. just to get my attention or like to show me that he likes me even when i "act" like i dont care... i guess u can say that i play hard to get to the max.. to the point where u wouldnt even know that i was crushing on u lol... totally wrong i kno.. but at the time it seemd completly fine.. anyways little did i know that.. within a matter of 3 weeks i would HAVE to change schools and move.. whether i liked it or not.... anyways my point in sharing this to u is that, i liked this guy alot.... and i wasted so much time "thinking of him" instead of actually getting up and telling him.. that now that hes gone its like my mind is still stuck with him being there... anyways i need advise on how to get over that!! and share your stories too! how did you get over YOUR crush?? and we have all had them so SHARE your stories!!

and i have tried the whole "getting your nails done, hanging with the girls... dateing new guys" but none if it works.. its like i keep thinking im missing out on a great guy who really liked me for me.. before the makeup and the boobs lol... its true.. like i knew this guy liked me alot even in elementry school.. but i just didnt notice it until highschool... and i DONT know what to do ???

lols the SAME THING happended to me when i was in the fifth grade. i had a crush on this boy that USED TO BE in my 4th grade class. we were friends and all in fourth grade. but in fifth grade, we weren't in the same class. so he never payed any attention to me from then on.. but he didn't know i liked him. because i never like to show any boy that i have a crush on him. so a few months later, we moved and my mom transferred me to another school. i was sooo mad. cause the only reason why i wanted to stay at my old school was just to see HIM(even though he never KNEW that i liked him A LOT). so there i was, stuck at a whole 'nother school still crushing on a boy who didn't notice me anymore and is at a totally different school from me. after i moved, i was still crushing on him for the rest of that whole school year. i just kept thinking about him over and over again. it was getting so worse to the fact where i was getting bad grades in class cause alls i would do is think about Conor. the only thing that helped me get over this horrible crush was TIME. yup. you can sit here and read a whole bunch of stories that people have answered on your post. mostly NONE of those suggestions or advises would work. the only thing that will kill this crush that you have is...time! because theres nothing that can actually CHANGE the way your feelings about this person right now, NOTHING.
i'm 16 now. and i still get crushes on people who i don't even WANT to have a crush on. i have a crush on this guy at my school who i wouldn't DARE tell a soul that i like him. and i'm still going through the SAME THING i always went through(not talking to this person, pretending that i don't notice them; even though all i even THINK about is them.) and the sad thing is...is that they NEVER know that i have a huge crush on them.

oh wow, your story sounds alot like mine but what am thinking is that u will always want the guy u can't have or havent have him. new thing is always better than the old boring thing just like guys. i work at a place where i meet new people everyday, if u like someone, the great way to start a conversation is a smile, at least thats wat i always do and i ended up with about 2 guys asking for my number everyday. yes, maybe its true that the guy likes u just cos of your look, like me, they dont even know me, but u'll never know, love at first sight may exist, just smile first, good for your health, and great way to catch a guy
oh, how did i get over my crush? i wont get over him, i will keep thinking about him until he likes me and then i got bored and stop liking him right away

So, you're obsessing over a guy you didn't really know?
Perhaps you should think about how other guys could have that same effect if you gave them a chance. Maybe they will actually do something to get to know you. You're actually dwelling on the past where nothing happened. Just relax and let it go.
