if you are in a vehicle going the speed of light, you wont be able to move to turn on the headlights, so nothing will happen

Since your mass increases the faster you go, it takes more energy to make you go faster. At the speed of light you would have an infinite mass, requiring an infinite amount of energy to propel you. So....the question is moot. You can't go the speed of light.
