Sorry I'm not God, but I'll answer anyway.

To be honest, our first instinct is usually to be selfish, and most people do not realize the consequences of using someone else. The person who used you probably thought you didn't mind or didn't think through what she was doing.

I'm sorry you got hurt. Especially with someone that you loved. I hope things go better for you in the future, and that you find someone worth attaching such a deep emotion to.

Even though you knew it was going to happen you still let yourself fall in love, and because you were in love, you hoped that maybe the person loved you back enough to change the way he operates. It happens. Let yourself be sad for a while then move on to someone who appreciates you.

You feel sad because you know already that you're going to be hurted but still you allowed yourself to be. Your self is always seeking personal preservation and had always been trying to warn you of an impending danger...but it was ignored.

In loving others, always see to it that you also love yourself.

To release yourself from the pain you are feeling, forgive yourself for not listening and then promise to do listen next time.

You're sad because you love the person, who, i guess, is taking your love for granted..

I dont know what to say.. I guess you already knew it was going to happen. You can keep loving the person.. Love is sacrifice, when you love, give the love without expecting it back.. to the extent that it shouldn't destroy your well-being either.. love him/her and see if there'll become serious problems, then you know when to stop..

I don't think it's always our fault when someone else behaves
this way! I thought I Iiked alot of people who used me in my
past but I guess I trusted too much!
It did teach me that I can't trust everyone!
But you pick yourself back up! Shake it off and please lift
up your chin!
They aren't worth your time! Who are they anyway?
You need someone that will love you back and treat you with
respect.
Good Luck! And know that you are not alone in this world!
And the people that use others like this will probably have it
come back to them one day!
Sorry your sad...:( But cheer up because there are more fish
in the sea.

You are sad because you intended it to happen, your conscience bothers everytime you think of it and because it was already done and you still keep thinking what might happen next.

Do you think it was the right time?, do you think you are still worthy to be? Will it decides the perfect and no other than you are thinking of . . . That's why you are sad.

Wishing that a person with a low character just needs your love and understanding to change or ignoring the fact that they are the way they are will always set you up for heatbreak.

Have pity on them and always treat them decent and move on. You can only change that which is in your power to change.

Sigh. I am not God but I hear your pain.
So let me just say this to you.

Most of us have been in the same boat before.
When we love, we love unconditionally.
If you felt that you have been "used". Say no, I have not been used.
"I gave freely and unconditionally"

Nothing that you gave out of love and kindness ever goes away. It will come back to you many times, a hundredfold.

"What goes around comes around"
"whatsoever you do for the least of your brothers, you do unto me"

I think you should try self help or health or psychology - philosophy has never been a tool fro helping relieve sadness or depression.

it is not love but attachment. attachment makes us sad while love always gives joy.
