OMG!! I totally agree. I have a coworker who is three times the size of me and she is always hot!! I have threatened to beat her if she touches the thermostat again.
Everyone else is freezing. she is the only one who is hot! Selfish freakin people!
I know just how you feel!

Yeah that would be me. I could be sweating when I'm out scraping the ice off my car windows. lol. And no I'm not overweight or anything like most people seem to think these type of people are. I'm just always warm. But I dont mess with the thermostat, I just dress accordingly. It's only respectful to keep the thermostat in the 68-72 degree range for everyone's comfort. If you get cold bring in a small heater for under your desk (i actually did this yesterday with how cold it has been here) and dress warmer. If you get warm easily, like half of my family, then wear short sleeves and layers for out in the cold. Actually, everyone should be wearing multiple layers in the winter anyways. And if you have to dress a certain way for your office, and cant pull off the layers looks, then pull out some under armor for when it gets really cold. And just drink some hot chocolate, coffee, or tea.

There was a constant battle in our office with one person always being hot (she was older and quite heavy) and she persistently turned on the AC in the winter months....we all pitched in a bought her a little fan (with an ice pack inside) to put on her desk. She got the hint and left the thermostat alone after that.

Actually its the opposite over here. Its always way over heated in the building. Its like THAT ONE PERSON stays cold all year and makes everyone else suffer for it.
People often forget that just because its winter outside doesn't mean it is winter inside. People need to be aware of the over heating crisis!!! Tell your friends and co-workes! :p

i know how you feel, but instead of an office, it was a school for me. They would blast the air during the winter and crank up the heat in the summer. what sucked is they wouldn't let people wear coats when they would blast the air so people would be shaking in class.

I'm not a moron. :^(
I can't help it that everyone else is cold when it's -50 windchill outside. They don't keep it warm enough over here. I'm wearing 3 undershirts, 2 pairs of long johns, and my regular clothes, so it's not like I'm not trying to accomodate you hot blooded people.
