What won't she promise for a vote? Come on follow her history.. she changes like the wind.

Remember her promise to give all new mothers $5000.. is that what a vote is worth nowadays?

The idea of Universal health Insurance, etc. is not exclusive to Clinton's domain. This seems more of an overall DNC plank for '08.

I haven't heard her "promise" anything other than a detailed investigation into the possibility of having universal health care.

Politicians can promise anything they want to. If people believe them, then they don't understand how politics work. They need the right Congress who has to pass the bill first.

Edwards has even gone so far as to mention mandatory,which means it is mandatory you get a check up every year. I don't know if he gave that idea up but he has threatened to take health care away from congress if they do not act, so even the ones who are in favor of his ideas will still lose theirs.
