My friends daughter was exchanging a top at new look and presented the assistant with the receipt - the assistance went off for 20 minutes and returned with the police - they told her that the receipt was fake and they were banning her from all the stores - the receipt i was later shown was a normal thermal paper receipt with the store logo on the back - they said the 3 items on the receipt were in a different order than the one held by the store - i know this kid and she wouldn't know how to fake a receipt but she was just exchanging the item and not expecting to get money back ! - the mother went in and proved the receipt was showing on her bank statement -
have you known this to happen ? the new look staff were very rude and dismissive - i have never heard of this type of thing have you ? if so how easy is it to fake receipts ? - my friend is currency complainting to new look - any tips on getting some kind of Apology in equal measure for the upset caused to this girl ?

try threatening to take a defamation of caricature law suite against the store and a wrongful arrest case against the police .Go to a no win no fee solicitor If you don't want to go down that road get all your school friends to picket and placard the store in the run up to Xmas and don't let rent a thug security intimidate you call the cops on them and say they are threatening /intimidating you best of luck.Also post on my space etc

If you could get hold of a New Look receipt roll and you had the same kind of till(s) that the New Look stores use you could fake a till receipt your friend is doing good complaining to the company about whats happened in the mean time tell any one you know about whats happened word of mouth is the best and fastest way to bad mouth a company people will avoid somewhere if they hear bad stories about it

the retail marketplace usually sorts this kind of thing out by forcing the rude stores to close.
what I'd suggest you do is refuse to shop there and spread the story among all your acquaintances to help the process along.

no. yet no offense y r u.s. desperate for factors. for ex: plz famous guy or woman my que, plz answer my q. relax if we like it properly do it. plus y r a number of ur q's repeating itself and talking approximately reciepts?
