You can try a solution or hydrogen peroxide and baking soda, make into a paste. It might be a permanent stain though.

For anyone looking at this thread now, as I did today in a panic. I managed to remove a huge stained area (of clothes dye which came from a scarf I was simply soaking in water) by using baking powder and lemon juice. Through half a bottle of lemon juice in with nearly a whole pot of baking powder and scrubbed with one of those kitchen sponges with the green scourer (don't use anything more abrasive on an acrylic bath). It faded it massively. I drained the water, rinsed it off and then re-filled it with the same solution with enough water to cover the pink tidemark and then left it for an hour or two while I walked the dog. Gave it another scrub when I got in, then drained the water. I then used a bit of bathroom bleach spray and the rest came off. You can barely tell now, which is a far cry from where I started.
(Bleach didn't work in the beginning).

I did this right after my tub was refinished and almost fainted...fortunately, after using cotton balls soaked with bleach, and running hot water over it every day, it did fade to almost nothing over time and I didn't need to do anything more. However, I did call the guy who did my tub, and he said a little acetone would do the trick if the bleach didn't work, but to be careful as too much could ruin the finish of the tub. Not sure exactly if this would work on your tub, but I'd call someone who sells or refinishes the kind you have and ask for advice.

Make a thick paste out of Comet or some other bleach powder. Scrub it in and leave it for as long as possible (at least overnight). Wet and scrub again before you rinse. Also try the Mr. Clean magic eraser without any cleanser.

Try a sodium hydroxide solution. Take some plumber's lye and mix it with COLD water to make a paste. Smear it on the stains and wait about 15 minutes. rinse then repeat as necessary.

Ouch, sounds like it has set. Only thing that might help, and even then I doubt it, would be a silcone spray. That usually works but only if you catch it right at the start. Bleach maybe.....but also doubtful.
LOL That is why whenever me or my husband dye our hair, the bathroom gets a very good going over, cuz the dye somehow manages to find the darned places to get to.
Good luck!

Many things are allowed to be used to clean an acrylic tub. If peroxide is on the list, I would suggest that.

I've heard baking soda is good for stains. Maybe some lemon juice (fresh from the fruit) since it makes things brighter?

try hairspray, that's what the hairdressers use to recommend clients at a salon I once worked. They said it would get hair dye out of clothes, so maybe it will work on your bag. you've got nothing to loose, because it sounds like your bag is ruined already.
