x=1-2y ===> (1)
-2x+5y=16 ===>(2)

Substitute 1 in 2

-2(1-2y) +5y=16
-2+4y+5y=16
9y=18
y=2

now put x is in equation (1)

x=1-2y
x=1-2(2)
x=-3

Y-coordinate is 2
X-coordinate is -3
