I noticed he just laughed and completely avoided the Kalid Sheik Mohammed question. Was he laughing nervously or what?

Yes, and for someone who has studied body language, it's a dead giveaway to dishonesty. Or, it can be a symptom of a mental illness. Laughing at inappropriate times that is.

Giuliani is a false tricky politician. I do not like that guy. Actually of all the candidates from both party if there is one guy i cannot stand and just has this evil aura about him it is Giuliani. He sounds Machiavelli and just deceptive. His ways are just those of someone waiting to screw you over. Very smart in the way he manipulates people i give him that.

I think he was laughing to try to downplay the seriousness of the questions.

The laughing also revealed that he has an ugly set of dentures.
