It would have been either of the Namco Museum titles for either of those systems. Both contain Galaga and Galaxian (both space invader type games) and Dig Dug (a game where you could pump monsters to death and dig through the earth), along with a bunch of other old Namco games.

lol I used to have a key chain that I can play space invaders. I was better at centipedes (hope I spell correctly) I've beaten some guys I was one of the top ten
