That % has been in most polls for a long time. As far as cutting and running? I am so sick of that idiot @ss phrase I could puke, or piss on a dead Rush Limbaugh. Just what in the hell would we be cutting and running from? Mission accomplished was declared 4.5 years ago. If you stupid Bush bots have your way we will set up camp and stay forever. That is how long it will take to set up a democracy for people that don't give a damn if they have one or not.

because the war has ended, so the problem has shifted to removing our troops

right now, are troops are providing security for the Iraqi people while we wait for the Iraqis to form a government, ratify a constitution, and have enough trained security forces to replace our troops

we can't leave until they do those things, and they don't have to do any of those things as long as we stay

so we are stuck

which is why the situation is called a QUAGMIRE

Of course we want to end the war; but we want to end it with victory as opposed of getting up and eaving over noght. Plus our representitives don't have the power to take troops from Iraq, all they can do is literally starve our troops to death untl the President can no longer in the right mind keep them there. Congress did this in Vietnam to great effect, but I think the American people would rather wait out the war then accept defeat by simply leaving.

5 out of 4 people know that statistics, and polls, are not something to base one's foreign polices on.

It will be OK....Just add 1 or 2 more layers of tin foil to your helmet.....Ya-Know!....To help block the "Waves"...
