this is a serious and health related question.dont take it otherwise.i think such things happen in movies only and noone does it in real life,as i think this spreads diseases as there remains urine on those organs.

Hun, foreplay happens all the time by most everyone I've run across. Some like it better than others but it can be a total turn on for both parties. People have been giving and getting oral sex for YEARS and the human race is still around. As long as you and your partner practice safe sex, and have with other people as well (or at least came away with a clean bill of health) then there are NO health risks. Take a shower, swim, hot tub, washcloth and get clean before you get "dirty" if it makes you feel better. It's a fun way to really let go and shouldn't be overlooked. There is a reason people do it in movies...it's fun.

Thoughtful, caring partners shower first. And not everyone uses oral sex as part of foreplay. As far as disease, oral sex isn't going to spread anything that intercourse itself wouldn't. And urine is just ordinary waste, it doesn't contain any diseases unless the person happened to be infected with something.
Trust me, it's practiced in real life much more often than you ever see it in movies.

Just like anything in life, you do what you like to do. Is it a risk? Yes. Is it a high risk? Depends on who you are doing things to. In a purely monogamous relationship, it should be a beautiful thing that both people enjoy. If those 2 people talk and are trusting, it should enhance the relationship. If it is something you do with people you just meet, you are putting yourself at risk.

I don't know how old you are but it is very common in many cultures for women to lick and suck male parts and for men to lick and suck female parts prior to intercourse. Urine by the way is sterile before it leaves your body and most people in most cultures wash before they have sex.
This is real life in some cultures. You need not fear it if it does not appeal to you. Just don't do it.
