godDAMn! some of you guys start college at 18 already? right when you graduate from high school already? jeeze, i'm not planning to go to college until i'm like 20, i was planning to get a full time job and get a car then pay it off before i go to college. but i guess i'm going to go straight to college after high school too just to keep up with y'all.

I went to college when I was 20....I studied computing for 2 years, but I failed the second year courses, so I have nothing to show for it. I am now 30....and working part-time as a library assistant.

I dropped out of school at 17 when I found out I was pregnant, then when my son was 1 and I was 19 I started college, so I had a two year break though it felt like 20! I felt awkward going back too, especially being a young mum but I loved it. On the first course I did the youngest was 16, the eldest was 40. The second course I took was an Access and I was one of the youngest at 20! Most were in their 30s/40s. I'm doing a degree now and I love that too. Just go for it!

I started college at age 18, and I graduated at age 22. I majored in Political Science. I am now 34.

I started college when I was 15 taking courses in Veterinary Tech/Medicine - I was still in high school at the time. I graduated at 18 with both my AAS and my high school diploma and then I attended college full time majoring in Anthropology and Aeronautical Science and became an Air Force officer and Fighter pilot - I was in AFROTC in college. Later, I went back to school - while still in the Air Force and got my MA and my PhD in Archaeology, I was in my 30s at that time. I am now retired from the Air Force and will be going back to school in the Fall to get my MFA in Creative Writing and English Lit. I am 50.

I didn't start college until I was 24. I served 6 years in the U. S. Air Force, before I got my education. I started at a junior college, then transferred to university. I complete a BS in zoology, and I am 44.

My first college class ever was on my 18th birthday! At the time I majored in Graphic Arts (changed majors). I'm 28 now.
