My two boys are going to WWE event tonight in Boston, Mass and it says on the ticket that they can not bring cameras but when I watch the shows on tv you see flashes going on and people with cameras in their hands. I was wondering if they bring a camera will it get confiscated?

You sure can! They announce before the show starts that WWE doesn't mind you taking photos of the superstars but they don't want you video taping the show.

You can take pictiures. Cameras that take pictures are permitted. Video Recording Devices of any kind are not allowed. WWE tells you that before each and every show.

it depends what kind of wwe event u r attending
if its a live house show which isnt televised then wwe wont let u enter the arena with the camera
or if its a raw/sd/ecw taping which means it will already will be on tv
then its different
therefore, your ticket says the cameras arent allowed then i think wwe prohibits your from taking a camera

If anyone reads this still.....The only problem with taking pics at a WWE event, as I just found out...they can try to take legal action against you and have your pics removed off sites etc. I am currently going through this right now. I took amazing pics and still unsure if they think I stole their images or not. Waiting to hear back from the site that they were all reported to.

You can't take a video camera, because they're afraid you might make copies and sell it. You can bring your photo camera though, there's no harm in that, they know all you can do is take pictures.

Yes. But not video. Your boys can use camera of pictures. Not video camera well ... an video in cell phone. I'm not sure..

I would take a disposable so you dont really loose out on anything but yeah, you do see alot flashes go off.
