so far no one has been able to tell me who is scanning my ports Somebody is scanning your computer.
Your computer's TCP ports:
7212, 8080, 8000, and 3128 have been scanned from 58.61.155.13..

Resolving that IP comes to an unknown domain in China.
Someone is trying to hack you.
Ensure that your firewall is set to block this.
Contact you Internet Service Provider and inform them, they can assist you by blocking that IP from their network and by changing your IP address.
Keep your firewall and A/V program up to date
I would shut down the computer when not in use.
Also, in your firewall setting, select "Disregard Pings" to have your computer lay silent on the net when hackers are randomly pinging IP's looking for victims.
Sorry I can't be more specific as to the IP owner. You can try resolving this yourself. use internet search for "Resolve IP address" and you'll get a bunch of free sites. Try it yourself.
If you get the name of a company, do a search for that company and contact them and inform them of the problem.
If it's still China, probably won't get much help.

Likely a hijacked pc some script kiddie is controlling dime a dozen on the Internet.

Look up the IP on one of these sites. You can find out the person's ISP and contact them:

use comodo firewall . so no one can do it any more .
also you can use ZoneAlarm , but its not free .
