No....I was on a ten year 'sabbatical' when I separated & divorced my ex.....too busy trying to raise 4 kids alone, work fulltime to pay the bills, keep house & the yard....besides I'm old fashioned.....no comitted relationship, no 'nookie'.....
.....then my now Hubby came along, we dated for a year after meeting face to face (we had met on line 2 years prior)
There was absolutely no discomfort on our wedding night, m'dear....far from it lol.
FYI-once the hymen is stretched/torn that's that...it doesn't grow back or 'repair' itself..it's a very thin membrane with a small opening that is often gone due to tampon use....some girls are even born without one..
And penetration will always be uncomfortable if you are nervous....you tighten up involutarily.Let's face it, we are talking about an organ that can stretch to pass a baby at birth. It can tighten or relax depending on your mood. So when he returns plan a special romantic evening as a lead up so that nevousness and happy excitement doesn;t involuntarily tighten you up
.....so relax and concentrate on how wonderful that reunion with your hubby will be....and it will be, Sweetie....Good Luck to both of you!
...and never mind all the rediculous answers here....toys, the next door neighbour, or the milkman are not nessesary for you to remain 'loose'......misinformation and downright rude remarks.....penetration will always hurt if the lady is not 'ready' (not properly lubricated) so foreplay and possibly a lubrication such as KY jelly will prevent that.....and once you loose your virginity that is that...you do not get it back by refraining from sex for a certain period of time...that is nonsense....it's like saying after a period of time after birth you revert back to your never given birth status......it's an experience and once you've done it you can't go back either mentally, emotionally,or physically to your pre-sex virginal state...at best a plastic surgeon can re-construct the hymen but it still doesn't negate the fact that at one time in your life you had coitus..virginity means never ever had coitus. Ever. Once done there is no going back....I honestly don't know where these ideas from from......

You might tighten up a little but with a good session of foreplay, I'm sure you would both loosen up and become sufficiently lubricated to ensure it doesn't hurt too much - you can always buy some KY to help if necessary.
Your hymen won't grow back ... You could buy some toys to use while he's away - don't invite any of the following round for a drink though:
Neighbour's husband, best friend's husband, best friend's fiance/boyfriend, your male boss, your female boss' husband, the mailman, the guy behind the counter at Wal-Mart, any other man at all!!
You'll probably be OK with another woman though ;-)
Your husband would probably like to see that!

You might be a little tender there for a couple of days, unless he's hung like a telephone pole.
That whole area is a muscle. It will stretch to accommodate tampons, "toys," and your husbands tally-whacker.

besides the dumb guys answers the answer is no! You have to not have sex for 7 yrs. before it feel like the 1st time! Before your body grows back!!!My husband was gone for a yr. an it tingled after the 1st time but it wasn't like the 1st time!! Not as painful but it feels good! There is some vagina exercises you can do to get your body tighter but it takes years to return back to virginity state!

No it should not hurt again. Just make sure your husband spends time making you wet first so penetration is easy. If you are not, then it will hurt. He has to make sure you are properly aroused. No, the hymen can not grow back.

It doesn't grow back. You might be "out of practice" and experience some discomfort, but nothing to worry about.

No , the hymen does not grow back. If you are worried that it will hurt to have him inside of you again, buy yourself a " toy " that is about the same size as your husbands* and have a little fun while he is gone. This will keep your body adjusted to having a penis inside of you.
Enjoy him when he comes home!!!!!
God bless you and your husband for serving our country!
