Do you think it is rude to ask someone to go home if they are in the office coughing up a lung and spreading germs all over

When a person is truly sick, they have absolutely no business being at work or around others spreading their germs and getting other folks sick. They need to be home working on getting better or seeing theit doctor. A good supervisor realizes this and should send them home.

At this time of year, they should know better...have the supervisor send them home......I can just imagine how the sick person feels.....but maybe there are circumstances why that person HAS to be at work......wash your hands often that will help alot.

Nah, not rude at all. Ask your manager to send them home, or if you're the mgr. send 'em home.

I think it's totally OK.
It's better for them to go home and stop spreading disease!

No way. I don't know why people insist on getting others sick.

Not much you can do about that. Wash your hands a lot and keep your distance.
