I'll bet it's foods like tomato products or citrus....likely caused by the acids those foods carry. Your best bet is to just stop eating those foods.

I can't eat fresh fruit for the reason of blisters in my mouth - put it down to the fruit acids.
OK with banana, but apart from that I'm limited to non-acid juice and some tinned fruit. Fresh pineapple is terrible - the whole of the inside of my mouth swells.
You could try taking an antihistamine tablet before eating the foods which affect you normally - if nothing happens, you know it's an allergic reaction.

It sounds like you're having some kind of allergic reaction and I hate to state the obvious but, just don't eat those foods anymore. Or, of course, go see a doctor.

i had this, until recently, i couldnt take it anymore, so i plucked up the courage and went to the dentist, and had a bad tooth removed, and that solved the prob
