Happy Tuesday! :)

And I mean physically resemble...as in you look like them. :) And I don't mean spitting image, separated-at-birth look-alikes...someone who is close.

When this question popped into my head this morning it occured to me that I, in all fairness, should try to come up with someone that I resemble...that was tough! I think I decided that I look like a more updated Karen Carpenter in her healthier days. (poor Karen...seriously)

How about you?

Darth - well, she was just the first thing to pop into my head. I haven't really been told that I look like musicians. There have been a few actresses though - Sandra Bullock is the one I get the most. I don't know if I see it, but... :)

hmmm... The closest I can think of is D'arcy Wretzky. Definitely not a spitting image, but close enough.

Morning Sookie ! :)

I agree, the Karen Carpenter story was incredibly sad.

As for your question, hmmm. In more recent recollection, during a trip to Las Vegas this summer, a Canadian girl walked up to me and asked "Has anyone ever told you, you look like Karen-O?" And the truth is only one other person has told me the same thing, so, I wouldn't say this is entirely conclusive, lol. Edit: as you all know - I think K.O. "rawks" and I think that Canadian girl's comment is probably what inspired the Karen-O avatar a few months back.

And the other comparison is (a younger) Nadia Comăneci, but she's a former Romanian gymnist -- soo not a rock star. lol.

Tom Keifer, the lead singer of Cinderella, I've been told I resemble Him a bit. I certainly have the hair for it. My hair is about 2 feet long. Just picture Tom Keifer gone half gray and You got it. I did not picture You as looking like Karen carpenter Sook, I was thinking more along the lines of Evangeline Lilly for some reason. Kool.

*Edit*
LMAO ROTF Bowzer!

Maybe not so much anymore but when Weezer first came out, I already had the Rivers Cuomo look down pat (hairstyle and the BC glasses before they went cool). I went and saw them with Live and after their set, a few people came up to me and shook my hand and told me good show. Being uncomfortable with it all, I would just mutter something and walk off.

Outside of rock stars though, most people have told me I look like Bob Denver, although I have not heard that in a while. I think the latest was Bill Gates. I just wish I had his coin.

Poor Karen indeed. That is easily one of the most heartbreaking stories in rock history.

This is a very tough question since I don't know of anyone that is truly my doppelganger. I'm going to put myself out on a ledge on this and pick....

Henry Rollins

Perhaps not quite as muscular and tattooed but I can honestly say off the top of my head, he would be the closest. Not to mention, we seem to have similar fashion sense. :)

Modern day Trent is fairly close to my body type, but not so much facially. Of course, slap some black hair dye on me, you'd never tell us apart.

I suppose if I grew my hair out again and went with flannel, I'd have something of a facial resemblance to Eddie Vedder.

Mornin Sookie.

I've been told by a friend of mine that I look like some sort of a hybrid between Sam Beam (Iron and Wine) and James Mercer (the Shins).

A homless dude in Burbank told me that I looked kind of like Brad Pitt, but I think he was just using flattery to get a larger donation to his wellness fund. Needless to say, it worked.

I do NOT see the resemblance.. but my mom says that if you take away the sharpness (or beak-looking ness) of her nose, I look like Crystal Gayle.

But my hair like is a little past my shoulders, not to my knees!

Mike - hahaha yeah, I've been told. :D
I guess its a compliment then!
& from waaaayy back when you used to have an avatar, i used to picture you kinda looking like Chris Daughtry.

When my hair was long a few years ago, a few people said I looked like Scott Stapp. I think it was just the hair though. Now I get more comparisons to Ben Stiller.
