I would say use the top contributers, but a few of them dont give very good info and are a little bias. When you need a real answer I would say look to Craig.

I am not a kid at the ripe old age of 58--I think I'm older than anybody else on here!!! I will give you good answers due to my age and life experiences. You can go into my profile and check out some of the questions I've answered--and my previous account MIGHT be available to You--my name at that time was Sweetums1949. They suspended me for making a wise crack about the President, and I only thought I was being funny. I was at level 4 with 4000+ points to my credit. Now I'm a lot more cautious about what I say!!! but you can always e-mail me if you want a more personal answer that you know I won't be able to answer where God and everybody can see it. There ARE a few adults on here.

You get a lot of people that had a signature line of 'come to root zoo for the best sports talk', but refuse to explain what they continue to do on YA if RootZoo is so much better.
You will get several kinds of answers to questions, there are the objective answers, the 'homer' answers and the 'waste of oxygen' answers.
You just need to know which users supply which types.
If you only want intelligent answers, get used to the 'block user' button.

Well, that depends.
Stupid questions usually get stupid answers in return. I.E. "Why do people like to get 8 hours of sleep?" and "Why do people like the color blue?"
By asking a good question, you will get a few stupid answers. On the whole, I find that most people take serious questions seriously and do their best to give a quality answer.
There are definately some people that love to throw uneducated answers out there. Just need to take them with a grain of salt.

Yes, there are a lot of little kids who don't know what they are talking about on this site. Sadly, 60% of the top 10 answers belong to that group of kids who do nothing but sit on here all day long talking about of their butts and eventually climbing the leaderboard for no other reason than sheer numbers.
Also, if you report the fake people and the ignorant rude ones, Y/A doesn't remove them like they should. See Kris, Chipmaker, and Georgie Porgie for example. Just some friendly advice bud... don't expect too much from here unless you're willing to dig through the piles of crap these so called "experts" put up. However, there are a few of us who actually know what we are talking about. I can only think of 5 or so though... how sad is that?

To answer the question, some people on here can't stand the fact that we (me, craig, chip, fizzer, georgie, etc [a few others - too many to list]...) know a lot about the game.
It's called jealousy.
