Completely non polar. The molecule is a regular teterahedron with atom C at the center and atoms H at the summits. So nodipolar moment possible

I agree, non polar.

However, depending on the level you are at, it may be worth pointing out that the C-F bond is heavily polar with a small negative charge on the F end
