I dispute lazy properly directed they are as good as anyone and better than most. Management have lost the skill of staff handling and investment. A lack of skills is not the fault of the workforce because true training opportunities have not been there. A man who is an immigrant will work for less pay than a native because he does not know how much he can earn. He has no friends and so concentrates upon his work and saves money to maybe return to his own country a comfortable man. Or as is traditional in this country settles here. only to be replaced by johnny for foreigner.My mate is in the process of taking his ex boss to court after being made redundant and then replaced by a polish worker for less money.I would hate to be growing up now because in years to come the new generation will have nothing to look forward to,no work no homes no future.
