Does anyone know any publishers and Literary agencies that specialize in poetry?

There is a great source out there called "writers market" that also produces "poet's market" that gives a great list of magazines that accept unsolicited poetry and the general requirements for submitting. They can be found at your local library or book store. I also recommend going to your local poetry readings and talking to people, you will be sure to find several people who put out local lit magazines. Often people prefer to publish local talent.

But whatever you do, make sure you do it for love of writing and expect no money.
