I wouldn't use it. Bmw does fuel tests every couple of years, and Sunoco doesn't seem to burn all that clean. It is a "drier" gas that doesn't seem to have as much detergent as other "tier one" fuels. Also, they seem to have some alcohol additives, which as they age, turn to water. One good way to tell if the gas you're using is good is to remove a spark plug and see how clean it is. Does it have discoloration or brown or black deposits on it. If it does, then the fuel you're using is probably not very good. I use Mobil every time and recommend it for it's higher detergency factors. Sunoco oil doesn't test out very well either (unless something has changed in testing procedures) It seems to get sludgy faster.

Depends on your definition of "OK" I guess.
Sunoco (NYSE: SUN) is an American petroleum and petrochemical manufacturer headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, formerly known as Sun Company Inc..
In Canada, Sunoco is operated by Suncor Energy, a separate Canadian entity. Sunoco is a Fortune 100 Company. It is also the biggest company based in Philadelphia and the 2nd biggest in Pennsylvania behind AmerisourceBergen.

sunoco gas is good but don't buy Citco or Petro Gas as it supports the war effort against us.
