The age of consent in Tennessee is 18. You are in deep trouble for getting her pregnant, but appear to be safe on any Statutory Rape charges since you are underage as well and are not more than 4 years older than she is!

I DO believe you CAN be charged with STATUTORY rape. the kid id just that a KID. And at 17 YOU may very well be able to be charged as an adult. In MOST states anyway. But the laws do vary from state to state, so your best bet would be to ask a lawyer or the court house itself.

sure you need to. overlook correct to the female above me you're over the age of consent she isn't because of the fact of this regardless of the age distinction between you you would be considered as having taken benefit of a individual no longer the right age to totally evaluate what they're doing. that's statutory rape and if her mothers and fathers decide for to push it you would be placed on the intercourse criminal registry which will effectively injury something of your existence.

The best way to find out, would be to contact your local States Atty. or District Atty., as the case might be.
If they can't answer your question, no one can.
Now that you have did 1 adult thing by impregnating her, do another adult thing.

Hasn't the current regime told you, "Just say no to sex!!!!" lol

In most states, consentual sex between minors who are less than 4 years of age difference aren't considered rapists.
