It all depends-do you truly feel 'love' or do you feel 'lust'?
Sometimes you jsut know it is love almost instantly; you know when your soulmate is in front of you. Does he feel the same way about you?
If you are ready to say "I love you" it will happen naturally. Don;t just blurt it out. Wait for precisely the right moment when the fire, passion, and sparks are there. Wait for the intense moment when you share your inner-most feelings.
All the best to you!

I think it depends on your relationship.. some people say they love you after teh first couple of weeks... if you feel it then tell him but dont expect him to say it if he is not ready..

I'd keep it to myself for a while. Don't put that on him so soon.
Ans you might want to wait to be calm and think deeply about your feelings.

Love is love but you have to realize that he might not say it back.
