Hypothetically Speaking about 9-11?

I know it gets under the skin of everyone and nobody wants to hear about it. Just for a moment imagine, odds are 100 trillion to 1 lets say, if and only if, there was a US government involvement on 9-11 - and imagine they admitted involvement, what would your reaction be? and what would you want to be done about it?

And how do you think it would change the course of history and what our stand be in the world arena?

It wouldn't surprise me that much. Our Government has been responsible for the deaths of far more people than those of the Twin Towers, it's just that nobody gives a damn when you're slaughtering the innocent in the name of freedom and Democracy. A very tragic event indeed, but it's certainly an evil that I wouldn't put past the White House.

I think there would probably be a lynch mob reaction to news like that though. People would most certainly rise against when given news that personal to them.

I think our current government leaders would be overthrown or would willfully step down. That would leave government open to new, and upcoming people, which with new leadership always comes change. I can imagine the public wanting to be better informed on the doings of the government.
But, in the end the same thing will happen. The government will lie to the masses and we'll go on believing in them because it makes us feel safe and secure.

It's not even worth discussing. If such an involvement existed there is no way it could be kept secret. We would have known about it right away and the way people felt right after 911 there would be no safe place for those involved to hide.
