I thought you were talking about being violated in the prison showers, in 9 minutes. Would have made for more entertaining reading, but would definitely have been censored.
As far as the real violation goes, yes that is really fast. I don't understand who makes the violation decisions or what education they have or what connection they share with reality. Their actions seem to be either hit and miss, or just plain stupid.

Congratulations! That may actually be the shortest time between ? and violation ever..
Hint: you just may want to go PC when referring to anything that may offend someone such as the slang term for HumVee, civilian version.
Same for the M134D, known as 'Puff' but the common terminology for it may be offensive.
