Punctuations are done to make a sentence look more sensible. Sorry. You must be writing your name as NAUSATH, M.B.A.( a comma if you are going to append your address behind) Incidentally, have you qualified yourself for an M.B.A. degree? If not, you can definitely not write this with or without a comma.

A degree connotation is a parenthetical - something extra which is not required to make the rest make sense - so it is set apart from the name. So it would be written "Mr. John Jones, Ph.D., will speak".
